RAVANAA collects following information from its users during the rental period: Location: All vehicles of RAVANAA have GPS tracking devices installed in order to ensure the safety of the passengers and the vehicle. RAVANAA tracks the real time location of all its vehicles. RAVANAA will not publically divulge any of this information. However, RAVANAA may share this information with the police or similar concerned authorities in the event of an accident or mishap. RAVANAA also reserves the right to share any information pertaining to the location of the vehicle with insurance companies in the event of any damage/accident claim or theft. Vehicle Use Data: RAVANAA collects and monitors data related to vehicle use in order to prevent misuse, like over speeding etc., and theft of the vehicle. RAVANAA reserves the right to access user’s driver record and vehicle history from all the Departments of Motor Vehicles, Registry of Motor Vehicles, automobile mechanics and other relevant authorities.

Non Personal Information
RAVANAA, as part of standard operation of its site, collects non-personal information which has no direct relation to any specific individual.
